Bank said No! But Gary From TFC Home Loans was able to help and say Yes!

A couple found the home they loved it was the next big step and their dream home.

In order to purchase their dream house, they needed to sell their current home. A problem many of us face. As home owners and borrowers, they approached their bank to obtain a bridging loan. This would allow them to make the new home purchase whilst awaiting sale of their current home.

The bank was unable to give them any joy, as its Bridging Policy only serviced debt on peak debt, not on end debt. Despite this disappointing setback, they decided they were not going to let it beat them. They were referred Gary Young from TFC Home Loans and decided to approach him.


In order to facilitate the purchase of the new house, Gary was able to recommend a lender who serviced bridging loans on end debt. Once the application was lodged, their bridging loan was approved within nine days. Thus the purchase of their new home could go unconditional.

The happy outcome is that the applicants now have up to six months to sell their original home, whilst enjoying living in and renovating their new home.
